I swear I voted on this earlier. Maybe they rejected my vote because it was too high at 6. Let me rethink it then. Yes, it really is early. Mine won't be open for at least two more weeks or so. My comment the first time about the color was "The color is perfect, with the exception of the dark background at the top. " As I look at it again I like the background fine. In fact I can't find anything wrong this time. Guess I'll have to go with a 10 this time and put it in my favorites. PTL

Winter Daisies

In the thumbnail they look like trash and weeds. In the large shot they are beautiful. There's something almost magical about the colors. The placement of the 3 flowers is fantastic. The space between the 2 and the 1 eye catching. There is something about this photo that grabs you. It's almost miystical. Wish I could explain better the good qualities. It has "wow". A ;10 for me. PTL

Good close up grass and toad stool. Toodstool looks like it has been waxed on the top. I personally would have cropped it at the very top of the second toad stool to take away some of the distraction from the one. Still good pic. 6 PTL

Shame you can't submit the same photo for two challenges. Makes a good technology shot. Good sharp focus. Would have liked a lighter background personally. But this does fram the "part" well. Good crop. Good focus - can even read the marking on the unit it self. Good solid 9. PTL

The white streaks in the background don't really detract, I just know they are there. This looks like an air plant. What ever it is georgeous. I love the use of the shadow, adds great depth . Would have liked to see the tips of the three that go to the edge and a little less empty on the far side. But still a solid 8. PTL

Small and still beautiful

Small ain't the word for it. Great way to display just how small. Hope you haven't committed a crime. Your fingerprints are clear enough to convict you. But the flower is just a little soft. The only other thing I see is whatever is on the right side. I'd a cropped it out. Still you con't complain about an 8. PTL
