Although the light enhances the texture of the glass, I feel it's too much. Almost intrusive. The mirror is a little distracting as well, since we can see your reflection. I think if you had pointed the lens level with the frog (rather than the tilt downward), reduced the light and used a tighter dof (throwing the background out completely), you would have had some magical results here...

Ouch... oversharpened, why? This is a great set up and composition. Looks like you had good control over lighting and the colours are outstanding. Just a shame it now looks too harsh...
