Rider on the Rangeby PaperfibeComment: Crop is tight, post processing and toning seems a bit extreme, even if you were going for an old west feel. This the only shot you got of him on the horse? |

Iron Willby megryanComment: Overall sharpness is lacking. Did you do a post processing sharpening on this after you resized it? A lot of times a light unsharp mask after resize will bring back the original pop you had at full size. |

my brother you're madby whiteroomComment: Only thing that I don't care for too much is the overboard noise reduction used. Everything else is great, even the extremely white whites are ok, because this shot is edgey and expresses a lot of character. |

A Candid Momentby clarmoreComment: Tender moments are great captures. This is nicely done. I may have dodge slightly on the face so it's not so dark, and the focus seems on the head band and not the eyes. |

say no evil...by frumoazniculComment: Character lines are always great when photographing people. This gentleman has a lot of them. Being this is a candid shot, you had no control over the lighting, but as we all know a shot later in the day with less harsh light would be more appealing. You did well to manage the exposure with the bright afternoon sun. |

Daughter #2by Man_Called_HorseComment: Just a hint of camera shake on this shot. The exposure is very good, and I like the close in composition. |

Enjoying the Sceneryby HeavyComment: Motion blur, uninteresting composition, rear view of the subject (no pun intended). Not sure this is the strongest shot you could have submitted. It' appears you were out with a buddy photographing scenery. Why not ask him to pose in front of something interesting or get his shadow in front of it while he's composing a shot. |

"Twosome"by tfarrell23Comment: Perhaps a little tighter zoom and catching some action would make the shot a little more interesting. |

Drunk Dave!by jmleliiComment: Seriously? Not sure what you wanted to convey to the voters here. You did meet the challenge, you do have a person in your photo. |
