Hammersmith Bridge IRby dainmcgowanComment: I agree with tnun down there - it IS fascinating. I've looked at it a few times before commenting. Someone suggested more contrast, and in a knee-jerk reaction, one might think that would be advisable. However, upon looking at this photo for a while, I feel it benefits from the softness, vagueness - almost like it's going to disappear. It reminds me of the state in which you're not sure if you are awake or asleep. Lovely. |

Week #7by SonifoComment: What a fat little cutie! Love the backlight in this photo and the 'pose' the bird has struck. Very sweet photo. |

Synergyby SandyPComment: Sandy, this is just outrageous! In a good way, of course :o).
I love the light streams that create the rectangle and the excellent overall blur. Fabulous - what a fun photo. |

Table for One, Pleaseby CharleneComment: Oh Charlene - I so loved this during voting. It's horribly underrated. The way you captured this space, the B&W processing and the softness all make it very romantic and timeless. Great job. |

Carloby ImagineerComment: In every Free Study there are mediocre portraits - lots of them. I was so delighted to see this most inspired and vivid portrait, which really stands way out from all the others. It got high marks from me, and I'm happy to see it mentioned in the Posthumous thread. Beautiful work. |

Rebelby TejComment: Love this photo! I didn't comment during voting due to time constraints, but I'm going back and commenting on some now - such as this. Wonderfully seen and processed. Absolutely adore the moment you captured. Hope to see more from you along these lines. |
