Picture needs far better lighting (bounce from white wall at least). Women's eyes are not lit, not properly directed, half closed and does not have catch lights in it. Baby's face is kind of irritated and unhappy - I would better accept crying face - this could be a message of "mother loves her anyway". Distracting antenna-like elements near woman's head. All that makes it a snapshot, not an artistic photo. I'm trying to be constructive - if you want to make a photo others could enjoy - learn, experiment, learn again and then boof - submit a PHOTO.
