I LOVE the warm brown orange tones in this composition! Believe it or not I get the smell of the woods - the earthy scent of the bark and dry autumnal leaves that have fallen on the forest bed.

The muted soft hues give a soft delicate look to this portrait. Also the overlay gives me the sense that this is a well worn and much loved photograph - one that is pulled out of the wallet and looked at often.

Love the processing - the blue green gives a hint of a cloudy day. The film slide border (top portion) also gives this a sense of a travel photo taken long ago. Looks like a lovely street to stroll, window shop, and then a quick bite at a cafe to people watch.

The texture overlay on the backdrop green really projects the sense of touch. You know how some floral leaves have a downy softness to them? That is the sense of touch I get when I look upon the image. Absolutely wonderful colors - rich greens and violet hues that are very pleasing to the eye.

Memories of childhood and school days open like the pages of a book. Great processing as that I have the feel that I am diving into a story that opens up with exploring the past of the main characters life starting with his school days.

Wonderful colors that now have a muted and warm feel - aged to comfort. The mood is a warm memory of a cool spring day many years ago captured on an old polaroid film.

I do like the 'wildscreen' one but I think I like this cropped version the best. That 'Mona Lisa' smile on this gentleman is more evident - we notice his content & happy expression as he writes his thoughts down in a notebook. The word overlay is perfect for it then gives the viewer the added impression of what he is writing - a love note/letter/poem. Love that the added bonus is that the word "Hot" is actually there scratched into the window. Paired with the flower and the focus of the love letter impression it brings to mind a passionate love

Very, very behind in commenting - had you not mentioned it I would have asked 'what happens when you cross a Van Gogh portrait with an Avatar creature?' I believe this would be the result:-) Nice warm colors in this one as opposed to the Na'vi Avatar remake (looks like you had fun or are you giving DPCer's a sneak peak at Avatar II film that you landed a roll in:-) :-) )

This has a very vintage photo look that perfectly compliments the old style Pontiac. Love the newsprint at the side for it makes me feel that it is a listing or description that showcases the merits and history of the car.
