Red Admiral Butterflyby baroohaComment: not a fan of the crop with the large single blurred spot in the lower left. pretty butterfly macro otherwise. looks like a little heavey on the noise removal? |

Roll Your Ownby TiNComment: well, err, that's quite yellow. try using manual white balance instead, or remove the color cast in post editing. the front element (cigarette?) seems it should be in focus also. |

Boogie boardin'by FlashComment: while this is fabulous shot, I look really close and didn't see a hint of grain in it.. what gives? |

Autumn Half Overby admart01Comment: I didn't get why the right half was darker than the left, without an apparent purpose, it detracted from what is otherwise a really good capture. |

In The Beginning...by jrjrComment: well, that kind of came out as noise instead of grain. Try copying the layer to a new one (if you can use layers) and then add grain, desaturate (black/white) and then apply the layer in blending mode on screen/hardlight/softlight or something, and changing the opacity to 50% or so. a couple of passes with the add noise, will make it more chunky. |

To Call The Angelsby JudiComment: weird, eherial, too contrasty. kinda creepy, looks like she's standing in a stagnant black ocean. But I like it! |

A Different Walk of Lifeby CutterComment: the grain is so selctive, and the lady so separated, that she almost look like she's not part of the original. the halo and chunk outline didn't work either. Next time, try feathering the selection by about 5-10 pixels or so (on a large image). |
