03 - Pair of Seagullsby ErikVComment: I like how you've captured these against a sea of other gulls in the background, creating a wonderful texture. |

03 Caitlinby SandyPComment: This is fantastic Sandy. I like the lighter area on the left, then she has that gaze off into the dark area on the right. |

the lookoutby RetroesqueComment: You give great advice here about not missing the moment. I imagine there's a really good story here to tell, and this photo has certainly captured my interest. |

300_0257-wk-6.jpgby salmiakkiComment: I like these winter outdoors shots in B&W. I really like your B&W conversion and use of high contrast. That lone figure on the right is kind of interesting but doesn't seem to quite fit the picutre, at least for me. |

Tobyby doc_gonzoComment: I like that look you captured, to me it looks like Toby is ready to pounce on your camera. I like how you got down low to his level. The detail with the background pulls my eye from the dog. |

Day 9 - Bit Windyby wickee_oneComment: Nice job of getting it right under the conditions. It was nasty cold and yet you kept shooting to make sure you got it right. What lens did you use? :P |

Whitby Abbeyby SaraRComment: Your patience paid off, because those gulls add a lot of the picture. The silhouette works well, although it would be nice to see a small bit of detail in the deep shadows. |

by MephistoComment: I like how you've used the high contrast to isolate you subject; it just seems like he's all alone there. There's just enough on the ride side to avoid it being totally empty space and makes me wonder where the rest of the band is at. I'd probably clone out that light above. |
