Grateful Deadby GregoryBComment: Clever shot, Greg. i think the rainbow is well done, and I really like how it crosses the lines with the clouds. |

day6-2.jpgby JakerComment: I find these shots fascinating, probably because this is what we look like when we're focused on a shot. Good B&W conversion. |

#3by rinacComment: Texture does a wonderful job of adding another dimension to this; it appears like I'm looking through a scratched window. My eye is first drawn right to the bright spot - perfect place for the text. |

Polaroid.jpgby JakerComment: This just too funny! I admire those who can feel comfortable enough with themselves to actually volunteer for this. |

manmadeobject5.jpgby icu1965Comment: These old cars sure are classic. Another tough lighting situation, but the reflections add a nice glow to the car.
I see a bit of CA in the windows and right side of car. My suggestion would be to use the middle of your zoom range and move yourself and try to frame the shot in-camera, if possible.
A car like this can make a great subject. There are opportunities to use the chrome wheels for funky reflective effects, hood ornament (or other) macro, etc. |

manmadeobject4.jpgby icu1965Comment: I like to watch buildings go up but I'm even more fascinated by them being torn down. These buildings probably have had some amazing things happen in them.
The picture has good color and sharpness, although I'm losing a bit of the building in the shadows. Does PSP have some type of shadow/highlight tool? You may want to try that. Also, the fence is a minor distraction; I've found that with P&S many times you can walk up to a fence and literally stick the lens through and totally avoid it. Then again, maybe the the dogs were dragging you! |
