Abstract Iby Purple_GirlComment: This is certainly abstract and B&W so it met the challenge description. To create a stronger image, you may want to soften the light a bit to get rid of the shadows and reflections. Also, if you were to come in a lot closer and just use a small portion of the cape that may make it even more abstract. But considering it's a 7" Jareth the Goblin King (?) cape, you may be at your camera's limits. |

Portrait 02by KenComment: Originally posted by bvy: Beautiful pose (what did you tell her to look at?). The fence doesn't bother me too much, but have you tried it in black and white? I told her to look at the camera, which is why she looked away! |

Mileyby rednisComment: Hey Susan, it's the focus that kept this from scoring higher. For shots like this I will change the focus point on the camera and compose so that point is right on the eye. Shoot me a PM if you have any questions.

Emmaby bobonacusComment: I like the pose and smile you captured. The eyes could probably use a bit more dodging, but then again that might not seems natural. |

New Couple.jpgby LonniComment: I think this turned out well considering the circumstances. You had no control over their clothes, but the colors and patterns are calling for attention. I wouldn't have guessed that you did anything to her eyes or teeth, which means you did a good job. And most importantly, they look happy. |

23.52 Bench, tree, photogby MelethiaComment: What strikes me here is balance, created by the light & dark areas and horizontal & vertical lines. But there is nothing to balance your subject, which brings my eye straight to him. |

low handrailby MephistoComment: That sure is an amazing staircase! The 3 chosen complement each other well, but I really like the one on top with the bit of blur. |

24 - Naturalby BudComment: Really good composition here to show the guy without really showing him. Even the strong light works for this shot. |
