BracesSassy-1418.jpgby rjksteschComment: Wonderful portrait and I love those big smiles. I don't know much about portraiture, but the taller girl on right and the red dress keep pulling my eye that way. Perhaps similar colors or having girl on left a bit higher would work? Not really sure, just thinking out loud. |

Exhibit-7740-2.jpgby rjksteschComment: At first I thought to myself how this was an interesting collection of "things" until I realized what it is. Background works great to support your subject, with just the right amount of blur. |

PaW 2009 Week 6 - DC at 5:30 AMby marcbentonComment: Colors and composition are well done and this looks like a peaceful moment. Sometimes when I don't have a tripod I'll sit down or lean against something and I can hold it still for a bit longer. I'm going to DC in a couple months and would love to see this and shoot it. |

Bird's Ass Viewby cynthiannComment: I don't think I've ever seen a bird in (stopped) motion like this and it's really cool. Your composition is excellent here; the subject is perfect for the symmetry you've chosen. |

Food 06 - Panna cotta with strawberryby hajekaComment: As soon as I saw the thumbnail I knew this was yours. Nice job on the lighting to give it a bit dimension without heavy shadows. And now I need something sweet to eat... |

Week 05 - wHeRE tO?by shalrathComment: Really cool processing and I like how you can't see all of her face, it throws me off a bit but in a good way. |

Week 04 - Check It!by shalrathComment: I like the DOF and of course the hand. If there were a tad bit more color on the top it would seem a bit more balanced, as it is my eye wants to linger on the bottom and not move up (that may be your intention also). |

Week 4by moriadelacroixComment: That is one sad looking tree, but it does work to create that forest creature thing. I bet this would look great with some moody processing. |

Week 5by DigiFotoBuddyComment: The frame is decent enough for me, and I like the curvy diagonal. The sky seems a bit overprocessed to me, almost like it was painted. |

Week4by DigiFotoBuddyComment: I love the rich colors and contrast here. I never used the vanishing point filter, didn't know you could remove things with it - thanks for the tip. |
