Sorry, this just doesn't work for me. The grain, focus and lighting detract from whatever idea you were trying to convey. Bit on the small side as well. On the positive side.... interesting 'blur' effect on the left hand side, although I'm not sure is this because of JPG artifacts!

Pity the microphone is so prominent, but there probably wasn't much you could do about that. Overall very good, nice expression, good DOF and composition (apart from the mic). Colours are a bit muted.

Excellent composition and colours. Bright orange trees on bottom lh corner distract the eye slightly. But overall an original, well thought out, and well presented shot.

'Lead Singer'? - But the only reason I know this is because of the title. Nothing in the photo indicates this person is a singer, or singing for that matter. On the positive side, I really liked the close-up cropping, and the gold paint reflections were well captured. .... hmmm unless you meant 'lead' as in the metal, and that's what the metallic paint represents? - Bit cryptic if that is the case.
