Eileen, I thought this was great! I would've scored it a little higher if the one bison wasn't cutoff. This used the challenge to portray something other than just motion.

These animal are strong and powerful, you definately showed the violence and the shaking of the earth tha occurs when these two beasts butt heads. I also think that ghosting of the bison is a good metaphor for the spirituality of the bison to Native American lore. Also doubles as a great metaphor for their dissapearance from the American plains.

I wish I could capture that kind of meaning, and not just what's in front of me, in my photos. Well done and you definately undersold yourself in your comments.

Bison in France? I never would of thought it.

You really captured some wonderful rich colors with great reflections. But the photo as a whole doesn't seem to tie together, I find myself searching around for some unifying tie.

The large empty sky and water spaces with the peninsula breaking them up make for and interesting pattern and composition. I'd like to this with some more contrast to distinguish the sky and water regions more.

I like the composition with the road off to one side. I'd like to see the image a little crisper. Did you use a tripod in this lowlight situation?

Forgive me if my monitor is just dark, but I think I'd like to see more lighting in the persons face and body. I think the persons expression makes or breaks this photo.
