The set-up and composition is very nice, and the choice of DOF is perfect. The yellow cast is way too heavy however, WB definately needs adjustment.

Another really cool aquarium photo! Very nice composition. Some of those guys really look torqued off. Yes, very cool!

A pretty cool artsy & funky shot. Read your comments and defiantely like the results. Do wish there was a little space behind the tail.

Subject fits the saying well. That corner to corner composition looks awefully cramped.

Comment:
Good choice of subject to fit the cliche perfectly. The rider, and even the bull blend too much with the background to emphasize them as the focal point. I find myself looking more at the onlookers.

Good choice of subject for the saying. The focus on the red tulip is too soft, and the focus on the background tulips is not soft enough to keep the red tulip as a strong focal point.

Comment:
I bet this was a bit of a challenge to decide whether to shoot wide to loose the needle in the haystack and risk having it not be visible, or to shoot tight to keep the needle visible but loose the meaning of the cliche. I'd say you found the right middle ground and the use of shallow DOF really helps.

I see some great leading lines in this, but the crop seems too wide. A tighter crop elimating all the background distractions would of been a lot less busy and really emphasized your very interesting composition.

Seems like a pretty good photo, but at this small size it's really hard to tell. Unfortunately your final score is going to reflect not using the full 640 pixel max, rather than the quality of your photo. Too bad the lighting looks rather interesting.
