Glimpseby h2Comment: If the lamp could of been positioned such that it was at the lower left one-third point but keeping the same proportion of branches as you have now, would of balanced the composition a lot nicer. As it is now that interesting lamp is too centered. |

The Ripple Effectby KelseeComment: The sunlight reflecting on the water is very nice, especially with the boaters crossing through. I don't care for the way the reflected light ends so abruptly near the bottom. I think it might look a little nicer if it flowed right on out of the frame and not having the dark area down there. |

Whitby Abbey (657 AD)by sjturnerComment: Very nice composition and the remains of the abbey lend themselves very well as a silhouette. Lots of other smaller details I like that add nicely without getting to busy with the flock of birds, detail on the hill in the background and the light on the upper clouds. Well done! |
