Unconditionalby cheegirlComment: Very painterly...I can't help thinking...sort of a cross between a Doolittle and a Rockwell. Very nice, I like this! |

Paradise Lostby timfythetooComment: My initial thought was that it would be nice to see some hint of his eye. But I think that thought may be wrong, as it might change the emotive feel of this. I love how you found the perfect balance of detail and grain. Well done! |

Starry Dawnby Bear_MusicComment: Hmmm, definitely not a photo for the grain challenge, the grain is not working at all for this! However, visualizing this grain-free I think it's a great photo. |

the Hiddenby LegatoMuzicComment: It's not a bad border, but I wonder if it might impact your score some? The reason I ask this is because the 640 pixel max is so small to begin with and then the border takes up a good bit of that real estate making your photo even smaller. The smaller the photo, the less visible the detail. |

Ambulance in the Skyby ZeusComment: Now that's a fast shutter speed to freeze those blades completely. Which brings up an interesting question...if the blades were blurred from a slower shutter speed, what would it do for the photograph? Message edited by author 2007-03-29 13:40:50. |

Hey, forget about it....by jenesisComment: I imagine the ribbons for this challenge will probably go to photos that are only about humour. But this has it all, and for my buck this is the best photo of this challenge with its classic style and excellent technical execution. The lighting is great and really fits the theme. |

splitby arsenalComment: Very cool photograph...that light is incredible. Love the rim lighting, the star effect and probably most of all the flares. It all just works together amazingly! |
