Woods in the City-Before.jpgby wehrmacherComment: That midday light can be incredibly difficult to deal with...you may want to try this one when the light is even across the entire scene. Shortly after sunrise or before sunset are the best times. One or the other will probably work better depending on which direction this is facing! |

Truckin' Alongby TCGuruComment: I think you are your own toughest critic...I think blur was DoF and not shake, especially since the bug is quite sharp! DoF gets incredibly narrow that close to the subject, even at 5.6. Might be a good idea anyhow to use a tripod on macros just to keep your point of focus from moving if you make even the slightest of shifts before clicking. |
