High Noon - Green Mountain National Forestby Les_FeckComment: Looks like a great place. Certainly you should visit this in the early morning or late evening to allow for maximum lighting in the shadow areas without a blown out sky. I've shot in the redwood forests at noon and it is hard if not impossible to get detail in the shadows without washing out the upper part of the picture. YOu have done a pretty good job considering the lighting, but the shadow areas show evidence of being pushed a little far...maybe use of the shadow/highlight tool in photoshoP?
