A Life Worth Livingby BudComment: Excellent portrait. It makes me smile. Good contrast, lighting and the eyes are what shine for me in your photo. Good luck in the challenge. 10 |

The Life of Cambodiaby claramarieComment: Had the overall image been more in focus, I would have scored this better. I like the sepia tone. It gives your shot an old feel for me. Great overgrowth. |

Tulipby pellemannenComment: I'm not sure if the faded/blurred red line in the background was intentional, but for me, this would be more effective without it. I like your duotone choices. |

Silver Lining??by SaswaaComment: The sun rays are the best part of your image for me. The rest of it seems almost overwhelmingly black, which takes away from the light rays - at least to my untrained, average joe opinion. |

Peace in solitudeby abroken1Comment: Breathtaking image. I've been through 137 images so far and this is the second 10 I've given out. Great lighting, texture and the soft duotone and black background work very well together. A well composed, professional image. Congratulations - and I hope you get a ribbon! |

Can You Do This?by rhenderson52501Comment: Hah, ha, hah! Great title. Too bad about the bircks/logs/rectangular items in the background. I find they detract from the dog itself. |

A window to marsby armandusComment: If your image were a bit more focused I would have scored this higher. I like your duotone choices though. |

Victorian Noirby rasdubComment: Wow - now that's a hight contrast rooftop! Very busy too with all the patterns for the eyes to look at, but not bad. |

Drawing the Battle Linesby CzechManComment: For me, your image makes me think I'm looking at two photos because of the very distinct line down the middle. Also, compared with some of the other duotone entries, it's hard for me to really tell if this is duotone or note, due to the cast light spots on the clear chess pieces. |
