The thing I love about your photography is you always hint at a story. You never give out too many details and you always require the viewer to immerse themselves into the image before anything of substance can be obtained. This photo in particular shows a field that could exist at any point in time. When I look long enough I start to feel the subtle breeze that acts as an invitation. The portrait composition keeps my view restricted so I begin to wonder what's around the corner. It almosts feels like a door... so I pause. then that cloud in the distance perks my interest and has me wondering what's over in the distance and so I step in and the door slams behind me. Bland composition? I don't think so.
