I love the pink and yellow colors and the whole setting. I'm not sure about the title, but I rarely count that against people. One thing you might have tried to do was ask her to take down the "go hens" sign. It's mega-distracting as it's very primary versus the pastel colors of the rest of the shot. You might have cloned it out with some careful work. 8

Nice and smooth feel. The lighting is very well done. I don't mind center composition pictures and the harness adds to a bit of imbalance anyway. 8

The composition with the leading line going to the top corner is appealing. The selective desat is subtle and works. Would it have been possible to remove the piece of machinery in the boat before the pic? It's minimally distracting. 8

A great capture. Was the white on the ladybugs naturally that shade of orange or is it bleed from post-processing? That's my biggest complaint and you might not even have had anything to do with it. I'll tell you I have another of the "bug dead end" pics and was hoping to use ladybugs, but couldn't find any. :( 9

I like the work a lot. The 90 degree canvas shift makes for an interesting composition. The processing, I think adds quite a bit, but I can be a fan of quality heavy processing. 9

Excellent capture. I'll tell you I am another "bug dead end" interpretation (but I won't say which one). I enjoy your's a lot. The composition is simple and elegant. The diagonal swoop of the branch is pleasing. The focus is sharp and the lighting is impeccable. I'll give you a 10.

I have this as a ribbon winner. Technicals are flawless, coloring is sweet, DOF is perfect. A great capture. 2 10s in this challenge, this is 1.

Ha, didn't look like I had enough to catch you. Congrats on the great photo, sorry it ended just shy of Top 10.
