Well, this is tough. It's too close up for us to get a sense of the garden, which is supposed to be the subject (it's a heavenly garden, not a heavenly flower). The image looks a bit noisy, but not a big deal. The composition is nice with the offcentered focus. The conversion to B&W is fairly well done. In the end, I'm gonna have to DNMC this one with a 3.

Dang, a nice composition and subject ruined by either NI or a wide radius USM. the halo around the big buildings is terrible. I had hopes for this one on the thumbnail. 5, but it could have been much lower because of the halo.

hmm, I'm guessing the obvious that you couldn't have moved to your left to get the tree out of the way? The picture suffers quite a bit from that pine. I find pines are almost always ugly on a picture. 4

Cloud shots always seem like they will be cool, but they ultimately suffer from not having a subject. The eye wanders too much and there is a lack of color or excitement. 5

Nice. However, either oversharp or overexposed at top. I bet this would look better on a bigger canvas. At 640 pixels those subtle oblique lines suffer from the jaggies. (nothing you can do though) 7

Tough to shoot with such a large dynamic range. You did a pretty good job, although we can see some blowing in the towers. I'm afraid ultimately the background doesn't add enough drama to the shot to make this stand out in the challenge. 6

Interesting. It's quite subtle and perhaps too much so for DPC. I get the holy place connection, but wonder about the subject of the picture which is fishnet stockings. What is she doing? It's both intriguing, but also perhaps a bit too OOTB. I'm gonna give it a 6. Mostly for your guts and I'm also sure you are going to get quite a few lowball scores. The drab colors work in this shot.
