The Day Life Beganby ShmeeComment: How DPC does dirt. Could be a contender if the voters stick with their typical tastes. I'm reserving my highest scores for the grimy stuff, but a nice shot. 7 |

Back To Nature On A Sunday Afternoonby TiberiusComment: Not a bad composition. The lighting is a bit harsh, likely done around noon. Also sorta says Garbage instead of Dirt, but I'm being pretty loose on the interpretation. 5 |

Bath...? Me...? Why...?by w4jzzComment: It looks like the camera chose to focus on the end of his nose instead of his eyes. That's too bad as portraits always want the sharpest portion to be the eyes. Were the lines just a bit to the right, I would have liked the idea of the natural frame. 5 |

Got Dirt? Get maid!by tjmuellerComment: Well, wouldn't we all like her to be around to do a little light cleaning? I'm pretty loose with DNMC, so I'm not gonna totally can this one, but I will dock a point or two for a fairly loose association. The highlight on the wall is too bad. 5 |

Life Linesby GiorgioComment: I like the PP. Lighting, contrast, and detail in the skin is all nice. 7 |

minerby guillermo21Comment: I'm afraid the dirt looks just too "made up". The lighting is nice though. It seems the camera chose to focus on the tip of the nose instead of his eye. I would also have tried to ditch the part of the chair. 5 |

... innocence ...by rozComment: Seems to be missing just a bit of detail on his/her face. I do like the composition though. 6 |

The Coal Miner's Candleby shamerComment: Nicely done dealing with the low key portion of the shot. My LCD struggles to get the detail, but I can see it if I look sideways at the monitor. Nice composition and I appreciate the dirt under the nails. 7 |
