Meets the challenge, but not a very appealing image. The light is really flat, the environment is very sterile, uninteresting, the pose of the dog is nothing special, there is a strong shadow behind the head caused by the flash. I would suggest to give more thought to environment and light, for example have the dog stand against a desk or table, looking for food, while you have some props around where you show you are preparing your own.

Looks more like a drawing than a picture to me, does not give the impression of the shadow. And what is the off-screen element here ? The person who creates the shadow ?

I am missing a focal point, I see a lot of wings cluttered with a brown background, which does not make a strong appealing image to me. Taken from a different angle, or concentrating on only a few birds might have been better.

I like the angle of view and the roses alongside the track, but the image looks overprocessed. There are a lot of jagged edges along straight lines, the lighter colors looks strange, almost glowing, and the whole image looks oversaturated. A bit too much of everything.

A good job in chosing the endless gray rows with the position of the two graves with the flowers and flag. Could maybe have been even stronger, to emphase the huge numbers, by cropping out the trees at the back and/or a slightly tilted point of view.
