the face is out of focus, needs depth of field more to the front. Also poor background, next time iron out the wrinkles, or take a different material, put it out of focus, or overexpose so it becomes totally white.

If you made this for the challenge you should have the "big effort" award. I like more simple images better. Also it could have been improved by leaving out the left corner.

o.k. idea but let down by the execution in my opinion. The apple is so dark that detail gets lost, the paper surface is uninteresting and disturbing. What if you had taken half an apple, flat underneath, and put it in another surrounding ?
