Ground Control to Major Georgeby HawkeyeComment: 8 - Like this. Difficult, but an adjustment of the perspective 'somehow', trying to get the lines a little more balanced (horizon, fencing, satellite dishes) may have given this a bit more of an 'edge' and may have made this even better in my opinion. Depends what you had to work with too, of course. |

tulip forestby willemComment: 9 - Up from 8. Very nice. Slight variations in the framing (more vertical/narrow) and cropping (especially the sky left of center at the top) may make this even better (or just 'another' good shot/photograph), in my opinion. Good depth of field. |

Postcard from the Edgeby NeilComment: Hypothetically, I'd have likely given this a 7. Colors are nice and like the composition. Whilst difficult commenting on abstracts, the only two things that hold it back in my opinion are the slight beginnings of color clashing (just my opinion/taste) and the good old grain, especially in the darker areas. Looks like some type of green glass perhaps, or liquid of some description. |

Northern Harrierby MacDonaldComment: Wow.. good capture (obvious issues aside). That 'rodent' looks like it is still alive and the look on it's face.. the 'toes' all spread out, tail up in the air, looking down to the ground.. oh dear. |

Spotsby vtruanComment: I gave this a 7. Liked it, but yes, for me wasn't abstract enough. Nice background colors that complemented the wing. |

Speed of Lightby smilebig4me1xComment: I gave this a 6. Liked the colors against the darkness and the movement of the sparks/flames/fire. If these were all more vivid with more clarity (difficult), nudge rotate up on the left (maybe), variation in placement/composition and perhaps less empty space (especially to create a more 'macro' effect) likely have made this even better in my opinion. A more finely tuned crop on the left too. |

Three Horns Are Better Than.by BrianRComment: 8 - Very nice. Like the colors. Not sure on the frame. (3rd look) - Really like the olive shimmer and the matte blackness captured, 'if only' sharper (although I realize this size likely doesn't do it justice) and a variation perhaps in the framing/composition (more at the bottom maybe), 'somewhere', may have made this even better in my opinion. Not sure on the blue upper right, but fairly minor and not uncomplementary anyway. Frame 'works', the more 'you' look at it, but the simplicity is what I like most overall here, hence my comment on the frame. Unique. |

Fire and Iceby KarenNfldComment: 8 - Like this. Nice colors. Perhaps a variation in cropping/framing, depending what you had to work with of course (and what you were aiming for - which may well be exactly this), may have made this even better in my opinion. |

Molson Dryby AlainComment: 8 - Nice colors and composition. Like the texture(s)/surfaces. Difficult with abstracts to make suggestions. Perhaps some of the drops sharper, who knows. |
