Amphibious Rain Frameby 777STANComment: 1 - Too hard pushed to see a frame here - just see a toad and some 'yard stuff' and a bit of harsh flash. Doesn't meet Challenge, in my opinion. |

Enopion Krivnonby wavelengthComment: 3 - Nice shot, but hard pushed to see any definite frame, even if an oof one. Perhaps a sharper angle incorporating more of the red lillies(?), using them as a frame more, who knows. |

Ready... Aim...by modurnComment: 3 - Without your title, likely not have worked out what the 'frame' is. Having said that - what is it 'firing' at - could be potential given selective 'audience'/people, who knows. Overall the scene itself just not holding my attention. Perhaps going for some pp/toning effect may have given this something extra. Also more frame, and a nudge rotate up on the left for added overall balance. |

Chirstain Fallsby prbettsComment: 6 - Nice. A much more finely tuned crop, else a little more of the unusual features, such as the wood upper left, incorporated and overall 'somehow' adjusting pp to gain a little more 'depth' make this better in my opinion. |

Hardwick Hall from the Herb Gardenby MarstonComment: 3 - A variation in cropping to 'use' the framing more would have helped this in my opinion - overall just not holding my attention enough, needs a bit more 'drama'. Possibly toning/pp effects could have done something, but the color capture is nice so who knows. |

Foreshadowingby zhekaComment: 3 - Like to have seen the 'foreground' in focus and also perfect (or near) perspective symmetry. Looks like you have probably achieved what you were aiming for, however misses the mark for this Challenge in my opinion. |

Large Frame / Precious Artby tateComment: 7 - That's more like it. Good composition, good textures, good subject, interesting with the glasses. Skin on fingers has too much 'red' in it, but difficult I realize to adjust in basic. Quality overall - perhaps could use some refinement - can see traces of jpeg loss/haloing/something and would like to have seen more definition in the wood texture and just overall more 'depth'. |

Strike Zone Championsby GrayGhostComment: 5 - Good idea, works well, good capture. Even though the 'foreground subject(s)' are oof still showing a fairly well defined natural frame, and definitely gives more 'pop' to the main subject. For this Challenge however, I'd like to have seen the foreground subject(s) in focus and more dominant. Perhaps a more finely tuned crop at the top (down to the helmet), would have given this a little extra/more balance overall, in my opinion. |

George Washington Bridgeby mecfcostaComment: 6 - Nice. Toning works very well. Like to have seen a variation in/more of the 'natural framing', especially for this Challenge, but is nice as is. The building in the rear on the left detracts slightly, so perhaps trying to crop/angle that out may have helped. |

No Luck!by BugzeyeComment: 2 - This looks a bit snapshottish and like someone spying through trees.. Further back, the trees in focus, better focus on the subjects, angle adjustment to lose the branch disrupting one of the subjects and a nudge rotate up on the right, make this better in my opinion. Quality dependent, 640 would have helped you too. |
