Her Majesty, Monaco!by 777STANComment: 4 - Good potential. Like to have seen less cushion/cover/whatever and more cat. Focus seems a little off as well. Not sure this image really is showing off the full beauty of this cat. A little more space at the top, compositionally too. |

Blue Eyed Boyby loriprophotoComment: 6 - Nice. Like to have seen those eyes enhanced/accentuated somehow, either angle, lighting, composition, not sure. Fairly minor but the 'marks' on the rump/rear slightly distracting. Do wonder about more of a square crop, but your call, obviously. edit:typoMessage edited by author 2006-12-20 07:51:11. |

Tiger in the Woods by AlexSaberiComment: 7 - Nice image. Like to have seen either full paw at the fore, with more focus on it as well, otherwise a much tighter crop to eliminate the distraction of the oof and gamma/something areas there. Fraction more space above the ears too. |

A Strange Growthby escapetoozComment: 5 - Like the concept. Looks like it needs a nudge rotate up on the right. Also, perhaps a slightly lower angle / perspective may have made this even better. Not sure on the title, but your call, obviously. |

Chloeby md8speedComment: 7 - Lovely pose/capture of Chloe. Main detractor in this image are the few light 'blotches' visible which could be pp and monitor issues. |

Laughingby DianeSComment: 4 - Main detractor in this image in my opinion is the angle. Like to have seen the eyes as well. Perhaps a little wider and some more empty space incorporated 'somewhere' may also have given this a little more balance. |

Heart of Goldby ace flymanComment: 6 - Nice lighting on the left, but wish the lighting allowed the dog's right eye to come through stronger. Minor, but the inner frame perhaps a little more subtle color. |

Thorby tooterComment: 4 - Nice moment capture and 'pose'. Main issue is the blur. Perhaps (if this was the only quality you had to work with), a slightly tighter crop and then converting to b&w or sepia, etc - not sure. |

Cannibalby owlowlowlComment: 7 - Like it. Just wish it wasn't so tightly cropped on the left and the lighting adjusted to include the dog more. Perhaps a little wider may have given more impact, who knows. |

Domestic Violenceby eqsiteComment: 3 - Unusual, but not really a 'Pet Portrait' in my opinion, but perhaps this is what you wanted, who knows. |
