7 - Nice clarity. Works as is, but do wonder about the ear not chopped. Perhaps a more refined crop on the left too, where the darker fur comes in.

3 - A little blurry and flash/lighting issues. Background not enhancing 'Peper'. Best focus seems to be on the nose and in the mouth, so.. adjusting that to be best on the eyes would have helped this in my opinion. Looks 'snapshottish'.

2 - It is, but for a Pet Portrait Challenge, I think this would have been much better if the dog was dominating the image more.

6 - This is good, but wish it was 640. Undecided on the 'off' diagonal lines/patterns, but do like the dof and the use of it. Wish it was not so chopped on the right, and perhaps a little less space on the left. edit:typo

6 - Nice clean shot, wish it was not so tightly cropped and so horizontally framed, perhaps more fabric included for balance, may have made this even better in my opinion. The movement in the ear, but minor.

6 - Really like the set up and concept and lighting, but something is holding this back from being a stand out image.. not sure exactly what. Perhaps the framing, also the fabric a bit more subtle and the folds/etc selectively 'placed' and perhaps a more horizontal or square framing, not sure. There is some visible grain in the black fabric, so, as well as perhaps enhancing the dog, a selective softening/something may have helped to minimize that. Also, 640 would have helped.

4 - Whilst the framing does work in my opinion, at this size, it is sacrificing too much screen space for this particular Challenge. Perhaps the fabric a little more subtle andthe eyes open more and that white paw included make this even better.

4 - Like the concept including the straight on and the decorative 'lines' in the background. Biggest detractor for me in this image is the 'haze' so more clarity and 'pop' as well as 640 make this better in my opinion.

5 - Nice concept and composition. Just wish 'red' was 'bigger' within the frame and more light on him/her. Perhaps also a cropping out of the hill/something rear left, but fairly minor.
