4 - Some tweaking in pp perhaps to 'lift' this image - has a slightly 'sad' feel to it, but could just be the 'pose'. Edges look a little odd too. Too tightly cropped at the top.

7 - Very nice - apart from the paw chop and the noise in the darker areas of the background.

3 - Shame about the nose crop especially, like the composition otherwise. Not sure that this toning is working as well as another may have, but your call. 640 would also have helped you.

3 - Certainly pretty good stop motion and capture, but for this Challenge, not befitting a Pet Portrait as well as another pose may have, in my opinion. The white fluffy toy detracts too.

4 - Nice pose of Disco. Biggest detractor in this image is the grain/noise in my opinion, as well as what appears to be some camera shake.

7 - Nice perspective. The edge of the cushion softened or minimized somehow and the cat popping more and more depth/drama, make this even better in my opinion. The few stray hairs also minimized too.

7 - Nice pose/capture, almost human like. The black background works but wonder about a variation. Like to have seen this even sharper as well, seems some slight blur/movement. edit:typo

4 - Wonder if not quite so straight on may have given this an edge. Also the overall orange 'tint' (or what appears to be that), just makes this a bit too much in my opinion. More of a square frame may also have helped this.

7 - Nice clarity. Wonder about a variation in the background color/detail, perhaps softening/something in pp may have made the cat pop even more. Shame about the tight crop, especially at the bottom. Like the perspective but the angle looks a little odd.

8 - Very nice. Toning works well in this. Perhaps a little more space above the ear at the top, may have made this even better in my opinion.
