Under the Starsby philupComment: 6 seconds is not "exactly 2 seconds". The shot is very good though. I gave it a 9. I hope we all learn from this. |

I'm This Manyby DannyMComment: wish his hand was sharp and his face were a little blurred to give the hand more recognition. |

Ring by stare_at_the_sunComment: We are all photographers and KNOW what "exactly 2 seconds" was refering to. I DID NOT enter a photo because I was not able to get a decent 2 second shot. So I'm honest, and adhere to the challenge and BINGO a shot wins that was NOT a 2 second exposure.
I hope my image of the garbage man picking up trash last Saturday scores well in the "PLAYTIME" challenge !
Lets just have all challenges be FREE STUDY from now on.
Originally posted by Leighroy: Congratulations on the ribbon, well deserved. In my humble opinion, as someone that did not enter or vote, is that I think the description is just that, a description of what to do. Would a 1/500 shot of a naked man standing in a window ("exposing himself") for two seconds (hence a two second exposure) be right or wrong? I think it would be a lateral interpretation of the challenge and perfectly alright, as is this shot. As an aside though, I think it would be nice if you did include the full details of the shot to help people like me that would like to try something similar. I'd love to know how long it actually was and to be honest, wouldn't be surprised if it was close to 2 seconds (but it would be nice to know). Well done on the ribbon. | Message edited by author 2006-03-30 14:14:34. |

Ring by stare_at_the_sunComment: GREAT SHOT...however, I do agree with the rest. If this is not a 2 second exposure then it should not have been entered. I scored entries by KNOWING how hard a 2 sec shot is to master. I don't think it is fair to the others that used a 2 second exposure.
Originally posted by youngnova: Great job... if people did not think it met the challenge they should have voted it lower. If you don't want to post it took you 7 minutes to get the shot you don't have to. Or you can if you want... they can't take your ribbon away from you. Once again great job and I like how you gave credit to this being a tribute! |

Two Secondsby MadMan2kComment: Different take on an overused 2" set-up. Would have been great to see an actual 2" shot on your preview screen! 7 |
