okay the execution could be a little better in my opinion but the frame is what killed the photo for sure,
if i voted i would voted it 6 just because of the frame which is way over the top, i mean it is absolutely not needed here

good photo but in my opinion not the very best in the challenge, imho the photo itself is boring, my eye looks at the photo and wham! ok broken light bulb. nothing else. anyways this is just my 0.02 ... oh yea the light is good. |
