S - Curvesby RikkiComment: This is a nice simple little picture. The color and form make the ordinary really something of beauty. Well done Rikki. |

Sundial Bridgeby RikkiComment: Beautiful contrast b/n the white and blue. The ploarizer really made this shot sing!! Too bad about the DQ, but that doesn't mean its not a great shot by any means. |

Nature's Melting Potby SJCarterComment: This is my favorite of all your pictures. I love the moss and the silvery look to the water. Great composition and great job of really creating a beautiful image. |

Fireworks-1 07-04-05by SJCarterComment: Fantastic crisp capture of fireworks. I traditionally like to see fireworks with some landscape to provide perspective, but you really did a great job with this one. Great framing!! |

Moonsetby SJCarterComment: Wow, this is really fantastic. This reminds me of the type of scene you would see for a scary movie trailer. I can just see some flash site with a boat floating in the water and a fog horn going off with some thunderstorms rolling in. Very cool and skilled use of technology. |

Twistedby SJCarterComment: Well, the colors and the form of the branches are the first things that jump out at me in this picture. I like how the branches all reach out to almost every part of the frame, including where you the trunks start in the ground. This would have been a good picture for the challenge, but it would also be really great for challenges with hidden letters. I already see a great "A" and "P" in this shot :). Great job with the PP...I need to improve in that area.

Masai Maraby dickelComment: Well the blue sky is a little soft, but it looks like this was taken right in the middle of the day, and sometimes there is not much that you can do to get good color in those conditions. Did you happen to take any shots that were more close up on any of the cheetahs? The top portion of the shot seems a little bland with the washed out sky. |

catches.jpgby dickelComment: Nice capture of the action shot and the expression on the guys face who is trying to catch the ball. The colors seem just a tad bit flat, but that can easily be adjusted in Photoshop. Well done. |
