Very nice portrait. I like the use of the stalks in the picture (looks like corn, sugar cane, or bamboo). The hair over her eye also works really well as it kind of gives you that peeking glance feeling to go along with peeking from the stalks. The hair that is "blown out" is really the only thing that I can complain about, but that is pretty minor. I like this shot better than the other one you have posted in your portfolio on this young lady.

I like this image the best of the two. The color of the sky is much better than the other picture....perhaps you can adjust the other picture to capture more of this color in the sky. Love the old building!

You could select the sky in PS and then work with the saturation and hue. I agree that it needs a deeper shade of blue to match the water a little more closely.
