Thanks everyone for the comments and good scores. To answer questions: I could have only removed the debris manually (before the photo). Also: The title means: "The Man in the Floor". I thought this was better not to be blatantly titled since there were a few things to focus on and discover.

Man, I really thought the bubbles in the eyes would get a better reaction! ... I'm pretty sure no one will ever read this so here goes ... this photo rules!: focus, bokeh, blur, illusion, beauty, a captured moment, detail, fit the challenge ...
