 looking up underneath a castorbean leaf, with the setting sun just hitting the plant. wanted to submit something for this challenge and this is all i got! arghh

cropped, levels, hue and saturation, unsharp mask(too much, but it made it look a bit like a painting)

Nice subject, the colors are bold. There maybe a little loss of DOF on the right middle section of the leaf, minor. Very nice capture.

Neat - use of light - and the contrast from a natural source of green and red.

The image is reasonably sharp lighting is good but the red lines direct the viewers eyes down to bottom centre and there is nothing to view. I think many people will pass by because of the lack of interest this image creates. Your actual photgraphic skills are good just a bit more work on layout and image selection. Good Luck!!

Natural colors of greens and reds to be found in nature if one just looks:-) Good find. Love how you composed the shot to make the underside of this leaf appear as if it is a fan.
