The Artist by MargaretNetComment: You've sort of captured all of humanity here somehow. He's old. He's young. He appreciates life but knows its potential misery. His art is great but he doesn't boast - it's just what he does - like breathing and feeling. Just great. |

Solsticeby skewsmeComment: I like that this is both gritty and pretty. It makes me think of a lost graph of data that is so very important but no one seems to see in the muck of the unsubstantial. Seemingly both contrived and happenstance. VEry nice find / capture. 7 |

Alyssaby MadMan2kComment: A beautiful portrait. She seems pensive and perhaps reluctant to be photographed. The processing is fantastic and trying to read her mind is inevitable. |

memories of futureby TiberiusComment: Love the provocative in-your-face angle and almost uncomfortably close candid. Certainly a strong image with the feel of an odriew. |

Behind the musicby PompouspeteComment: This is definitely a sexy image. The body language and mood are all captured without revealing even a hint of this person's face. Certainly fits the spirit of the challenge although not the typical processing seen in most other entries in the challenge, still a really nice, unique pic. 7 |

Mulberryby whiteroomComment: Ghostly and creepy. Like a photo found at the bottom of a dead photographer's film scraps and then developed to reveal the clues to a horrible crime. |

If Only...by JudiComment: I love the composition and the photo itself but the editing seems a bit overdone for me. The far off horizon has become a mere wall. In itself this may be the idea - so in one respect it is about the frustrations of life itself - where the future seems so wide open but the reality of life seems to hold us back as we are mere observers of our fate. But even with the metaphor, the edits aren't helping this IMHO. |
