Zephyrby macrothingComment: Sorry this didn't do better in the challenge. But it didn't do bad either for a first entry. I gave it a 9. I really like the colors in the shot. The contrast between the dark areas and the brightness - without being overbright - worked for me. The perspective is good and the Dof works as well. Nice job! Well done! |

Birth of a Planetby cabaComment: Very interesting photo! Not sure what it is but doesn't really matter either. Colors are great! Strong and subtle at the same time. Lighting is good - no glare/reflected spots. Interesting and creative. Well done! |

vortexby buzzmomComment: Did you know this is not round? JOKING! This is a great shot! I love the colors and lighting. Very well done. It has a very fluid look which I think lends it a mysterious aura so to speak. You were obviously close to your subject which makes the lighting even more important and you pulled it off nicely! The mystery is deepened all the more by the bubbles. Turns you in a different direction and gets you thinking along a different set of lines. A lot from this shot with very little. A favorite for sure! 10 from me. Nice job! Very creative and imaginative! Rare in this challenge. Extremely well done! |

Circlesby MichaelsComment: Creative and using some imagination - not in abundance in this challenge. I like the reflected lines in the shot. The light and dark areas in the glass are incongruent which makes the dark and light separation work all the more. Nice shot. Well done! |

Springby ladpupmoeComment: Got me on the second pass, hooked me on the third. I really like the colors in this shot. The lighting is good too. I appreciate how you got the inside of the spring to reflect the light, but not the top. The angle is good too since the shadow doesn't compete with the subject. Perspective on the shot if perfect. My only criticisms would be the dark spot in upper right and oof in lower left. Perhaps a different crop to bring the subject out of the distance and more up front? |

Wagon Making 101by rookie92Comment: Very nice shot. I like the b/w - sepia? toning of the picture. Good balance in the shadows - definitely add to the shot. The DoF may have been a little better, but all in all a very nice capture. Nice job! |

Circles Of Passionby yukonComment: Hmm....I see no circles. A lot of C's, but no circles. Nothing in the shot invokes a feeling of passion either. |

Farm Circlesby kposeyComment: I think this could have been stronger with different lighting and a slightly different crop - lose the left side to the hay and perhaps a little less sky. It looks like it was taken in mid afternoon. Levels adjust to bring out more detail in the hay maybe? |
