woohoo, what a great photo.. I reckon we could be seeing this on the frontpage sometime soon.. has all the hallmarks of a scalvert image (poor lighting and no flash post-processing effects), but what it lacks in technical flashery it more than makes up for in inventiveness, execution and just being so darned good.. a really fun shot that made me smile whilst sitting here. and I am a miserable git so that really is something.

great shot. Nice composition and cropping. very good BW conversion. it is actually a portrait ( trust me, a rarity in this challenge) and nails all the technicals.. 9 and a top 10 finish I am sure.

OK, this is just great, nicely lit, well posed.. probably a theatre group or something right?? whatever, meets the technicals, slightly quirky, good shot.. I bet 640 pixels doesnt do it any justice.. 9 all the way and a top 5 finish at least.
