This is one of the better shots for this challenge. I really like the 'negative' look here, and it works well for the challenge topic, and the content of your photo.
If there was anything I would improve on this it would to make the writing on the tombstone a little more visible.

The main focus does not appear to be on the fire, but on the individual sitting to the right. The focus needs to be on the subject matter - in this case the fire. The fire itself makes up very little of this photo and is not very sharp.

interesting pic...definitely meets the challenge. owever, I am not crazy about the filter you used, or the white blob on the end of the nose.

I really liked this photo, but felt perhaps the water looked a bit too blurred, or too bright. The cropping is good. Greens are beautiful.

A bit too contrasty for me....or perhaps too sharpened. Some of the trees almost feel as if they are poking my eyes out. Not trying to be mean, just something here hurts.
