The lighting is poor, the presentation is poor, and the angle it was shot at is not at all interesting. I do not say this to be mean - and apologize if it sounds too harsh. I think a little more effort could have been put into the shot to convery the message of your title.
Suggestions: Shoot from a lower angle for one. Secondly the lighting look as if it was from the on-board flash. Try using a diffuser if this is the only flash you have, or skip the flash and increase the room lighting by other means.
