Nice dreamy effect with the dress blowing back, while keeping the rest in sharp focus to meet the challenge. The gradula color change really adds to the dreaminess

the blur of the fire says "motion" to me not "stopped motion". I feel to fit the "stopped" motion idea you really needed tack sharp focus to capture a froZen fire

the light background works really nice here with the rider having on dark pants and dark hair. I love the DOF between him and the cloudy sky. Nice freeze action.

would have liked to see sharper focus / less blur of the runner. This to me - with the blur and all - doesnt say 'stopped' motion as much as it says 'in' motion.
