Sepia tone refers to the coloring of a black and white photographic print that has been toned with a sepia toner to simulate the faded brownish color of some early photographs. There are some strong reds and a lot of grays here. I find the gray blotches to be highly distracting. As well as the bright reds. This would have been correctly in pp. If you use PS, it is simple: just convert to grayscale, then convert to duotones. Choose two seperate shades of browns and then the image all comes together as a Sepia. I tried it myself on the image you have entered here, it is in my workshop folder so no one else can see.
