I'm not seeing the pixelation either. I don't find it over sharpened at all. Looks fine to me.

What I really like is how the glass bulb is soft looking. Usually a bulb is made to look sharp, but I really like it this way as it works well with the black enamel finish if the fixture.

Nice work with using colorful books in the background. The DOF is very good. I would maybe lightly burn the shadows on the cross or add some contrast and sharpening.
