Very good subject & mono edit. Tone feels right, w/shadows for time of day interpretation. Narrow crop or format tightens the composition - not sure if a bit more sky or more foreground may be necessary. The grain on the street is excellent - may possibly appear to have been selectively added or maybe that is just the natural texture. I rather like the idea that it is natural.
