I guess if I want to be challenge picky, there are spheres instead of circles in this picture. I like the creativness of this picture, though. The water from what I would assume to be a fountain makes for a nice effect. It would look cool to have the focus on the water instead.

It looks like this picture needs to be rotated clockwise a few degrees. My eyes want to study the lines instead of the circle.

Nice colors and focus. I like the soft feel of this picture. The reflection in the eye just isn't as nice. The area above the pupil is a little too bright.

A little on the blurry side, but hard not to that with firework pictures. The red sky is kind of weird. Did you manipulate the hue in post-processing? I'm not sure I like it...really distracts from the firework burst.

Very simple, but nice. The lighting is perfect with nice shadow. Well focused. This reminds me of an drawing class study subject. Shows a little grain, but oh well. Meets challenge criteria. Good composition. I can't think of any reason not to give it a 10

Circle in Nature

ACK...Not another flower macro!! No, seriously...you should have entered this in the macro challenge. It is nicely done. The focus and lighting are great. The soft colors are very nice. The water drops add a nice touch...not overdone like some. I like the crop and the background is soft and nuetral. The circle is there. I guess I have to give it a 10...good job :-) Good luck in the challenge and I hope you don't have too many groans about it being a flower.

Seems a bit bland and flat. Would like to see maybe a boost in saturation or contrast to bring out the colors more. Focus is great on this close-up. Shows nice texture.
