I happened upon this bit of loveliness last night and could not find proper words to describe what I was hit with when I saw this image...it wasn't the heaviness of your chosen title...Bleak...there is this hint, this beacon that seems so not...I found myself floating above the water wanting to reach down to create a slight ripple in the smooth surface of the water, then hear the drops fall off my finger tips...such a quiet and serene setting...I find comfort in bits of darkness.

What a great candid this is! I really wish I were one of those little girls, they just seem to be having the time of their lives, particularly the little one in that great orange sweater...true and honest emotion...the way childhood should be...and oodles and oodles of fabulous fun with the grandest bubbles on earth!
