the color is way off on this models skin. looks like you are using the wrong kind of lighting. I'd suggest shooting next to a window for the natural tones. the composition/ crop is wonderful! the border just isn;t doing it for me. with such a simple beautiful photo it is kind of distracting.
(I just thought of something that might help the skin tone- selective color in the yellow channel. try messing around with that!)

I think you could have cropped much off the top of this image and the dark tones aren't nearly as dark as I'd like them to be (which I understand happens with sepia a lot) the model is posed perfectly- very wistful.
