Wow. The silouettes on the horizon are amazing! I love the glow of the moon and I believe this was just begging to be b&w, at least your version makes me feel that. Wonderful.

Well, it is hard to call this desolate but I can see where you were taking the shot. I think it is absolutely gorgeous! I don't think there is anything I like better than sunbeams and yours are so dramatic. I really like your choice of the blue duotone. It took me a look or two before I realized that it is not a color shot. The color and surface of the water is great, that is why I would like to see a little more water in the composition because it is so beautiful. That's my only complaint, if you want to call it that.

Fabulous! Definately desolate. You gave us so much to look at in this shot that you could have chosen to leave out such as the rocks & flowers and the snow and I'm so happy you included them. You have a wonderful eye for composition. You were very lucky with the sky, I think. 10

That's very bright moon, unless it's in the land of the midnight sun? I love the way it has lit up the fog. I really like this shot but I would crop off the big tree on the left, it attracts me to the foreground but the beauty is in the farground (farground, is that a word?)

I love the single silouette. Composition wise, very good. I think though that perhaps so much was cropped out of the image that the quality of the final shot was comprimised. Of course, I might be completely wrong. :) well done.
