It's a pretty bird, and I _think_ I get what you're going for with the effects on the person, but I relly don't care for the look of it. It's disconcerting to the eye, and it almost looks like you've cut and pasted the bird into another, older picture. 8 for the bird itself, 4 for the rest of the pic, so ya get a 6 from me.

The water in the upper left is too bright, causing you to lose detail in the bird. Makes me want my sunglasses. I also don't care for the fact that his feet are cut off. Otherwise, it's a good capture, and I like the sense of motion and immediacy that this gives me.
